Romaine Plant Based – Protein Wrap
Staying on my theme of simple, for this one you only need the following:
- Head of Romaine
- Choice of beans (Kidney/Black/Cannellini/Garbanzo)
- Vegetable mix of choice(stir fry/ Mediterranean mix/ pea’s)*Fresh to frozen works great*
- Avocado diced
- Quinoa / Wild Rice
- Topping of choice (Hot sauce/ salsa/ sauce/ fermented/pickled topping)
In the pictures below I went with black beans, squash and zucchini mix, Avocado and fermented beat topping.
Place it all in the the leaf of romaine, wrap it up and dig in. Keep em coming….No guilt going for seconds or thirds
One rule tho: Hands Only…. No Utensils!
