Wouldn’t it be nice if we could just put in half the effort for the same results?
Well ironically, this has discreetly been the underlaying theme for us humans over the last 100,000 years or so. A theme which has really accelerated throughout the ongoing enlightenment that started a few thousand years ago.
Think about it, we invent something to make our lives easier, and iterate on that invention for the years, decades and centuries that follow. Usually making it tremendously more efficient and as a byproduct increasing output with a subset of the effort. Beautiful, isn’t it!
Well, this innovation also carries over to the world of health interventions. With science constantly looking to improve outcomes in less steps or difficulty. An ambition which has made its way to the field of strategic meal timing, an intervention that has shown some pretty impressive results in improving cellular and metabolic health.
