As levels of daily in-activity have reach record highs over the last decade, checking in at ~9.5 hours day, not including the 8-hours we’re sleeping. Levels which are oh so suspiciously correlated with the rising risk of disease, especially when combine with many of the other sub-optimal lifestyle norms on the Up & Up.
