Adding Meat After 6-Years of Plant Based Eating | Here’s What Happened
Because that was exactly how I felt as I wrapped-up my multi-year eating experiment. One which entailed incorporating some strategic, high quality animal-based foods into my dietary strategy after 6-years of a plant based lifestyle.
And the results only solidified my own personal bias that…. If you focus on high quality real whole foods, whether they be animal based, plant based or somewhere in the middle. Doing your eating in a strategic feeding window during the daylight hours – aka circadian aligned eating.
You’re gonna reap the benefits of efficient cellular operations… Along with its byproduct of… Feeling Good. Mentally, physically and every other “ally” out there.
That being said, there were a few interesting surprises, specifically in a couple of meaningful blood biomarkers, which has me modifying my strategy once again.
