Wouldn’t it be nice to have the everything we humans ever learned about optimizing sleep compiled and presented in a way which doesn’t make our head spin…. And ironically keep us up at night?
Well, I can’t say that this perfect source of accurate information currently exists. However, we’re getting alot closer, and doing it at an accelerating pace with some of the Generative Artificial Platforms (GenAI) hitting the market.
So much so, I decided to test the market leaders on their collective sleep skills. Prompting ChatGPT from OpenAI and Bard from Google to give me their “Perfect Sleep Routine” for enhancing and optimizing our “Oh So Important” nightly unconscious time.
