As a byproduct we human, and all primates dating back millions of years had their biological function optimized around theses daily cycles.

A 24/7 world, filled with unlimited ultra processed snacks, artificial light and on-demand digital connection, for the first time ever allowing us intelligent walking apes to stay connected without ever leaving the confines of our room.
New norms, which in-turn have disrupted our innate internal body clock and forced unnatural acts upon the way our body was programed to operate. As a result, placing extra stress on our cellular and metabolic self, driving dysfunction and ultimately… Disease.
