With all innovation comes unforeseen and unintended consequences. This has been a lesson we humans have learned and re-learned for a few hundred thousand years now.
Mainly because, innovation is our superpower. It’s what allowed us to build large cities, transfer information in a matter of seconds and mass produce food to feed an ever-growing population. Which is all amazing, but not without “innovation pains”, or areas which require us to circle-back and fix what we broke in the process.
Well, it just so happens we currently find ourselves at one of these crossroads with food. An interesting dilemma where we’ve mastered farming, processing and mass producing an array of foods that tickle our dopamine pathways in such a way that leaves us constantly desiring more.
Problem being, due to the depleted soil, farming methods and processing galore. A vast majority of “Foods” that stock the modern grocery store shelves have a straight abysmal nutrient profile. One which when consumed often will leave the recipient in a state of chronic nutrient deficiency. Setting the stage for first dysfunction and ultimately disease. Yikes is right!
But as the innovators that we are, we’ve devised a resolution to this problem. A solution which comes in a bite-size “All-In-One” capsule we coin a Multivitamin. Only question being … Could it be that simple?
