How Daily Time Restricted Eating Helps Fight Chronic Inflammation
Across ALL of the diseases and conditions that we modern humans face, ALOT of biological facts are different. Yet one thing seems to remain the same….
The Low Dose, Chronic Arousal, of the Immune System. And I hate to say it but this “Arousal” typically isn’t a good thing. It’s a happening which not only weakens the immune system itself but leads to damage of our own critical tissue in a way which taunts the immune system even more. A vicious cycle indeed.
Now, whether this immune arousal is actually the driver or byproduct of the specific condition itself, is still to be determined. But if I had to guess, it’d probably be both. Making avoiding this inflammatory circus and keeping your immune system response acute and specific, as it should be, a good goal!
A goal, might I add, which can largely be achieved though the way you live your life. Including when you Eat! Who woulda thunk!
