How Glyphosate Drives Inflammation in the Brain | New Research
I don’t know about you, but when 300 million pounds of a particular compound is actively applied to my food supply each year, I kinda feel like we should be pretty on top of the impacts it may be having in the body.
However, just like so many other large-scale societal situations, we once again find ourself playing catch-up in understanding the cellular and metabolic impact of the most commonly used herbicide in the world, Glyphosate.
Now, to be fair, this delay along with many others can be partially attributed to the progress of science, but this excuse is no longer valid. As modern techniques allow us to trace compounds from outside the body and see where exactly they go and what exactly they do within the mammal body (albeit mainly in mice). And all I gotta say, is the findings for Glyphosate are not too reassuring.
As the data suggests its byproducts have the ability to enter the “VIP section” of the body, the Brain, and proceed to make some major party fouls. Findings, that will hopefully make you reconsider what YOU eat and what your Food Eats…
