It seems like not a day goes by without the discover of a new GUT- “ insert bodily system here” -Axis being identified….
Strengthening the argument that the trillions of micro-organisms which call our insides HOME, have a direct & indirect impact on pretty-much EVERY biological system & cellular function we got goin on in our “pretty cool meat suit”…..
And Adding to this microbe fun, new data suggests there may be a connection between these little guys and our bodies ability to build and maintain the Ohhh So important, “use-it or Lose-it”, lean tissue we call Muscle…..
I mean… I KNEW our microbes did A LOT of things, but I never through there would be a “Muscle Beach” like vibe down in the confines of our intestinal tubing…..
