Listen, I never said all those things are necessarily beneficial. In fact, what research has shown is their net benefit or detriment is very much tied to the environment we humans put them in.
In other words, if we live a lifestyle which provides the beneficial communities the nutrients, alignment and activity they require. More often than not, they will thank us with a strong resilient gut wall, beneficial metabolites and more efficient cellular operations.
However, the opposite is ALSO true, unfortunately being an all too common scenario which ends up with YOU, their host, not feeling how you’re capable of feeling!
