I Cant Believe its Not Spaghetti
You know I like to keep it simple. I have a kitchen that is literally the 10×4 and not much space to work my magical chef skills. This is one of my Go-To’s.
All you need is a Spaghetti squash, some olive oil, a package of fresh frozen mixed vegetables and your choice of seasoning/sauce.
Pre-heat the oven to 405 degrees
Cut the Squash in half and gut it:
Throw a little olive oil on top with some seasonings(pepper, salt, garlic powder, etc..), place face down in a pan. Put about a quarter cup of water in the pan and get it in the oven.
Let it cook for 40-45 mins.
For the veggies, heat up a frying pan and cook them stove top until ready (or follow the instruction on the bag……but who does that).
When the squash is done take it out to cool off, flip it over and begin the transformation to spaghetti. Lightly scrape it apart and transfer it to a bowl:
Add you veggies and choice of sauce ( I went with pickled red cabbage) and eat up.
Minimum work and a hell of a Plate…….Time for seconds
