Is President Trump so unhealthy, That he’s actually healthy?
So here we are. Almost a full year into our 71 year old Presidents first term and there hasn’t been a single dull moment. Politics aside, this man is 71 God Damm years old, battled through a unforgiving campaign schedule and has the presidency on his schedule at least until he’s 75. On paper it looks like he’s doing it all wrong but is he actually doing it somewhat right? Lets not forget this man goes on tweet storms at all hours of the night so were definitely not dealing with any typical hombre (I heard he likes that word). Lets take a look at what info we have:
First – A note from his personal doctor since 1980 – Harold Bornstein :
HAROLD N. BORNSTEIN, MD. 101 East 78th Street New York, New York 10075-0301 September 13, 2016 Mr. Donald J. Trump is a 70-year old male who has been under my personal medical care since November 6, 1980. I am an internist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine in medicine and gastroenterology, and a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine. I have been on the active staff of Lenox Hill Hospital, New York, New York for the past 38 years. Mr. Trump was hospitalized only once, as a child of 11 years old for an appendectomy. He is 6'3" tall and weighs 236 pounds. Mr. Trump?s laboratory results reveal the following: Cholesterol 169, HDL cholesterol 63, LDL cholesterol 94, triglycerides 61, PSA 0.15, blood pressure 116/70, blood sugar 99 and Reactive Protein UQ 0.7. His liver function and thyroid function tests are all within the normal range. He has had an annual physical exam in the spring of every year. His last colonoscopy was performed on July 10, 2013 which was normal and revealed no polyps. His calcium score in 2013 was 98. His EKG and chest Xray on April 14, 2016, were normal. His cardiac evaluation included a transthoracic echocardiogram on December 16, 2014. This study was reported within the range of normal. His testosterone is 441.6. There is no family history of premature cardiac or neoplastic disease. He takes a lipid lowering agent (rosuvastatin) and a low dose aspirin. He does not use tobacco products or alcohol. Mr. Trumps parents, Mary and Fred, lived into their late 80s and 90s.
Rather Interesting. If true, this is quite a record, cant even knock Donnie testosterone level. What we really get from this is : he’s taking blood pressure meds and aspirin (just to make sure his thumps are ready to respond to any online challenge). So we move onto exhibit # 2:
Second-Diet
I will tell you this, his alleged diet does not reflect the medical report above. Take a look at this excerpt from TIME on Trumps specific taste:
“As [Trump] settles down, they bring him a Diet Coke, while the rest of us are served water, with the Vice President sitting at one end of the table. With the salad course, Trump is served what appears to be Thousand Island dressing instead of the creamy vinaigrette for his guests. When the chicken arrives, he is the only one given an extra dish of sauce. At the dessert course, he gets two scoops of vanilla ice cream with his chocolate cream pie, instead of the single scoop for everyone else.”
And how could we forget his recent trip to Asia, he seemed to really enjoy the traditional Chinese cuisine –
There are also reports that he sends his top secret service agents out on fast food runs at random times of the day because the white house chefs just cant get it right sometimes.
To add onto that, we finish with our Third Pillar – Donnie’s lifestyle and Personal philosophy :
I think i figured out who the President gets his health advice from:
Q: Doctor, I’ve heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true?
A: Your heart only good for so many beats, and that it… Don’t waste on exercise. Everything wear out eventually. Speeding up heart not make you live longer; it like saying you extend life of car by driving faster. Want to live longer? Take nap.
After this hard hitting investigation the answer has never been so clear. Russian Collusion! Wait wrong topic, but I think it comes down to one basic law of physics ” An object in motion tends to stay in motion and an object at rest tends to stay at rest”. Trump has never stopped, he’s never slowed down, his health choices are not ideal but his constant lifestyle is allowing him to power through and overcome a lot of his poor nutritional choices. Hes moving and thinking talking better then 90% of 70 year old’s in America and probably better then most 50 and 60 year old’s.
Don’t let yourself become stagnate, follow our Presidents lead (I may be the only one who’s said that over the last year) get your ass up and move.
P.S – Trump may have made more Americans become active from the full year of different protests then Michelle Obama was able to accomplish in 8 years – Just saying, you have to give credit where credits is due
P.P.S – Here are the rest of the answers from out this” Bizzaro world” Legend of a Doctor:
