Often one of the first steps in any investment journey is learning about the power of compound interest. Simply put, this is the interest you earn on interest, which when combine with monthly contributions and time, can lead to a exponential rise in wealth over a period of decades.
However, this may not be the only area we can take advantage of this type of strategy. Let me explain….
Say we convert that money into a unit of biological health, some form of cellular and metabolic mojo, would it do the same thing?
Well, we already know that preforming healthy habits on the reg increases BOTH our “Here and Now” health as well as our odds, likelihood and probability of vitality over time. And the more healthy habits we take on in a sustainable way, the greater the benefits seem to be. So could it be that a “Compounding” of cellular and metabolic efficiency is going on?
And if so, wouldn’t it make sense that identifying the things you do thousands of times a day and making small improvements in them, would be a simple yet super effective way to compound health over time?
Alot of questions, I know! But the most interesting may be… What things do we do that often and how do we improve them?
