You would think that being as we humans are made up of over 60% water, we’d be pretty good at replenishing it…..
However, that’s before you learn that same percentage is ALSO a safe estimate for the number of adults who walk around the developed world in a dehydrated state….
And we’re not just talking sometimes dehydrated, these people are chronically dehydrated, to the point where it begins to impair cellular and metabolic function, ultimately manifesting as a more tired, fatigued, achy, cloudy thinking, always sick, moody lethargic, constipated intelligent walking ape….
Yeahhh, and if that weren’t enough, preliminary data is suggesting that dehydration is NOT only a HERE and NOW Buzz-Kill, BUT a Longevity Vibe-Killer too…
Potentially impacting biological age, risk of disease, and all-cause mortality, in a negative way. But also begging the question… Could simply staying hydrated, be the anti-aging hack no one’s taking about…?
