I think it’s safe to say there is NO “that was easy button” when it comes to creating an optimal internal cellular and metabolic state that promotes present day health and longevity……
But if there was….. the next best thing would be daily exercise….
However, for most, this is NO Easy Prescription….. Especially when you’ve taken a few weeks (or years) to rest up between sweat sesh’s…
And despite being aware of its profound benefits and having the motivation to jump back in… The barriers to entry seem BIGGER & BIGGER with each comeback attempt….
