Working Out While ALTERNATE DAY FASTING, OMAD & WATER FASTING
The common complication I find while talking Fasting….. is the fact that, for many, the primary objective for Implementing the fasting protocol is…….WEIGHT LOSS
And I’m cool with that.
However, If you’ve been following my channel you know that I focus almost exclusively on the profound benefits it provides in terms of LONGEVITY….
Extending those healthy years of life as far out as humanly possible…. Getting healthy from the Inside-out, at the cellular and metabolic level….
NOW, I bring this up because when people leverage more extreme Fasting Protocols such as ADF or OMAD….. They are typically so focused on the daily shifts in the numbers on the SCALE (which you know I’m not a fan of)
That they Completely Overlook its Origin…… FAT or MUSCLE?
So let’s explore why it’s advantageous, having Longevity in Mind, to add some form of training into the mix during your Fasting Protocol….
