Circuit (3 Rounds)
- Full Body Kettlebell Complex – 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
- Push-Up Pulse** – 10 Reps
- Row/ Reach-Down / Squat Complex – 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
- Push-Up Clap** – 10 Reps
- Lateral Halo Kettle Swing – 20 Reps
- Superman Push-Up** – 10 Reps
Finisher
- Kettlebell Swings – 50 Reps
