Jump Around – Jump Rope Burpee Circuit

What you need:
- Jump Rope
The Motion(s):
- Start with 10 Jumps followed by 1 Burpee
- Right into 20 Jumps and 2 Burpees
- 30 and 3
- 40 and 4
- All the way up to 100 Jumps and 10 Burpees
- The Tip of the Pyramid is 250 Jumps (No Burpees)
- Then Head back downβ¦
- 10 Burpees and 100 Jumps
- 9 Burpees and 90 Jumps
- Until You Hit 10 & 1
