Move of the Week. – Bosu Ball Ab Rollers
This one is literally Core Crushing. Working every muscle as you fully extend and maintain stability. Keep your core tight to help with the balance. Incorporate it into you weekly routine and you’ll feel the results as you try and roll out of bed the next morning.
Aim For: 4 Sets – 6 Reps Each Set
Start off with regular ab rollers from your knees then work your way up to the Bosu Ball.
