What YOU NEED:
- Plyo BOX
The Motions:
40 Seconds WORK 20 Seconds REST
- Explosive Plyo Step- Up
- Jump w/ Eccentric Step-Down (as Slow as Possible)
- Jump-Up / Flip Up
- Modify: Standard Jumps
- Lateral Jump Bear Burpee
- Modify: Standard Lateral Jump
- Elevated Single Leg Glute Bridge
- 3 x Each side and Switch
- Knees -to- Feet -to- Box
1 Minute Between ROUNDS
