Workout of the Week – 40 Minute Rumble
Find your Heavy Bags folks cause this ones going the distance….Sorta. Eight – 5 minute rounds. You can also shadow box it and get a killer cardio workout in.
2 Exercises / 8 Rounds / 40 mins
What you need:
- Heavy Bag and Gloves or Shadow Box
- Timer (I use the Android interval timer App)
The Motion(s):
- Hard Strikes for 2 minutes and 45 seconds
- 10 Pushups
- Light Strikes for 2 minutes and 15 seconds
