The Motion(s):
40-2 Lunge Ladder
- COMPLETE 40 REVERSE LUNGES
- 30 SECOND PLANK
- 30 SECOND WALL SIT
- 30 JUMPING JACKS
- COMPLETE 38 LUNGES & REPEAT
Subtract two lunges every round – ALL THE WAY TO 2
20 TOTAL ROUNDS
- 420 Lunges
- 10 Minutes of Planks
- 10 Minutes of Wall Sits
- 600 Jumping Jacks
