What you need:
- Kettlebell (8-16Kg)
The Motion(s):
- Kettlebell Rows – 50 Reps
- Kettle Chair w/Twist – 10 Reps
- Single Leg Deadlift Alternating Row – 10 Reps (Five each side)
- 3 x Rows each Rep
- Squat Roll-Back – 10 Reps
- Single Leg Controlled Tri-Press- 10 Reps (Five each side)
- Close Grip Kettlebell Push-Up/Push-Back – 10 Reps
