- Barbell Front Squat & Press – 10 Reps
- Barbell Core Twist– 10 Reps
- Barbell Deadlift Single Arm Press (Left Arm) – 10 Reps
- Spiderman Mountain Climbers – 20 Reps
- Barbell Deadlift Single Arm Press (Right Arm) – 10 Reps
- Wall Sit – 30 Seconds
- Dips – 10 Reps
