- Kettle Complex – One Per Side
- Deadlift
- Clean
- Clean & Press
- Snatch
- Swing/Snatch
- Inside Rotation to Snatch
- Barbell Deadlift – 10 Reps
- Single-Leg Barbell Burpee – 10 Reps
- Kettlebell Swing/ Deadlift Complex- 10 Reps
- Kettlebell Row Complex – 4 Reps
- Three Alternating Rows
- Clean
- Snatch
