The Motion(s):
- Alternating Pistol Squat Burpees – 10 Reps
- Kettlebell Swing / Dead-Lift Complex – 10 Reps
- Turkish Get-Up Complex – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
- Single Leg Inch-Worm Pushup – 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
- Dumbbell Punch/ Curl Combo – 160 Total Reps
- 20 Punches / 20 Curls (4 times through)
- Dumbbell Jumping Jacks- 30 Reps
