Workout of the Week – Old Faithful
When its one of those days – your on the way to the Gym and have no clue what your gonna do….. This is my Go-To
5 Exercises / 10 reps / 6 rounds / 30 mins
What you need:
- Barbell with 45lb (or comfortable) weights and clamps
- 25lb plate
- Pull-up bar
The Motion(s):
- Free Plate Palm Squat
- Barbell Burpee’s
- Dead Lift
- Woodchoppers / Kettle Swinga
- Pull-up’s / Chin-ups
