It’s been well established that we Humans are creatures of Habit.
That’s Cool!
I Mean, Unless that Habit is ultimately working against us, AND OUR GOALS.
And with that, I’d like to draw your attention to Exhibit A…

I’ve lived a road warrior life for the past few years, and as I transitioned from business travel noob to speaking TSA as a second language, it became evidentially clear that without the proper planning and a practical strategy, one week of reckless business travel could (and would) offset weeks of healthy living.
The Worst Part… Upon return, it would take a week to get back into the healthy swing of things. Just in time for my next trip. A vicious cycle indeed!
