200 Kettle Snatch | Pyramid Circuit
It Doesn’t Take Much Skill to Architect a Beauty like this

2 Exercise/ 20 Rounds / ~30 Minutes
What You Need:
- KettleBells (At Least Three Different Weights – I went with 16kg/20kg/24kg)
The Motions:
Grab three-to-five bells and Line Em Up (Lightest on the ends, heaviest in the middle)
Complete 10 Snatches with your First Arm, take a ~100 Yard Jog, then complete 10 Snatches with your S
Take a Jog and Move up to the NEXT BELL👊
It’ll Look Like This…
- Kettle Snatch | 16Kg Right Arm–10 Reps
- Light Run – ~100 Yards
- Kettle Snatch | 16kg Left Arm –10 Reps
- Light Run – ~100 Yards
- Kettle Snatch | 20Kg Right Arm–10 Reps
- Light Run – ~100 Yards
- Kettle Snatch | 20kg Left Arm –10 Reps
- Light Run – ~100 Yards
- …….
Move Up and Down the Pyramid … Then Make your way BACK! 👊
