OK, You Won’t Die…..
But this 20-30 minute AMRAP Workout will quickly reveal your current Strength & Conditioning Status π₯ππ₯
1 Movements / 2-min Rounds / AMRAP
What You Need:
- Just You
- Timer
The Motions:
Complete the following Movement Every two-minutes, increasing the Reps with each passing Round :
Example: 5 Reps for Round 5
STOP when you can no longer complete the Reps required for that minute (round)
- Roll-Back Flow:
- 1) Plyo Jump
- 2) Roll-Back
- 3) Crow Hold – 3 seconds
- 4) Push-Back PushUp
- 5) Burpee Up
THAT’S ROUND 1
Complete As Many Rounds As Possible
