- Timer
The Motions:
Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:
- Single Arm Step-Down -4 Reps (2 x Each Side)
- Goblet Rotation with High Knee – (2 x Each Side)
- Core Work:
- Seated Reverse Crunch – 20 Reps
- Heel Touches – 20 Reps
- Goblet Squat & Press – 5 Reps
- Single Arm Swing & Flip – 4 Reps
