The Motions:
Complete the Following Every TWO Minutes on the Minute
- Shin Box GetUp – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
- Windshield Wipe Kick-Over – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
- Ballistic Row and Rotate – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
Repeat until 20-Minutes is DONE ๐
