The Motions:
Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:
- Hip Rotation Lunge & Reach – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
- Knee-to-Chest Progression – 1 Rep Each Side
- High Gorilla Walk – 10 Steps
- Bridge Reach-Over – 8 Reps (4 each side)
- Push Back Step-Up Progression – 3 Reps Each Side
