2 Exercise/ 20 Rounds / 20 Minutes
What You Need:
- (2) Kettlebells
- Timer
The Motions:
Alternating EMOM
Complete the First Movement during Minute One:
- Deadlift / Row Kettle Complex – 10 Reps
Rest for the remaining time in the Minute, then Complete Movement #2 during the Second Minute:
- Alternating Eccentric Rows – 10 Reps (5 Each Arm)
- Into 10 Second Row Hold
Alternate between these movements until You’ve hit 20 total Rounds (10 Rounds Each Movement)
