The Motions:
Complete the following Movement Minute ONE:
- Deadlift Triple Row Complex – 2 Reps
Complete the following Movement Minute TWO:
- Bear Crawl Clean and Press – 4 Reps (Two Each Side)
Continue to alternate between the two movements Every Minute on The Minute until the 20 Rounds are Complete
