Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:
- Alternating Waves – ~50-80 Reps
- Alternating PUNCH w/PowerSlam – 5 Reps
- Step-Back Complex (Right) – 6 Reps / 15 in-&-outs
- Walking Wave Side Plank- 4 Reps
- Step-Back Complex (Left) – 5 Reps / 15 in-&-outs
