- Eccentric Halo Flow – 4 Reps
- Down & Up = 1
- Alternating Single Side Swing – 10 Reps
- 5 Each Side
- Swing-Through Windmill Complex – 10 Reps
- 2 x Rep Increments
Revese Kettle Crunch – 10 Reps- Kettle Golf Swing – 20 Reps
- Core Engaged / Drive with the Hips
