What You Need:
- (2) Kettlebells
- Timer
The Motions:
Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:
- Snatch / Squat / Press Complex – 4 Reps
- High Knee High Pull – 6 Reps
- Deadlift & Row – 6 Reps
- Loaded Curtsy Squat – 3 Reps
- PushUp PlyoUp – 6 Reps
