Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:
- Snatch / Squat / Press Complex β 4 Reps
- High Knee High Pull β 6 Reps
- Deadlift & Row β 6 Reps
- Loaded Curtsy Squat β 3 Reps
- PushUp PlyoUp β 6 Reps
