- (1) Kettlebell – 60%-to-75% 1RM for Overhead Press
The Motions:
Complete the Following Circuit at your own pace β³
- Walking Overhead Kettle Lunge (Right) – 8 Steps Forward
- Rollback Tuck Jumps – 4 Reps
- Reverse Overhead Kettle Lunge (Right) – 8 Steps Back
- StepBack Kettle Complex (Right) – 5 Reps
- Alternating Hip Touches – 20 Reps
REPEAT ON LEFT - Walking Overhead Kettle Lunge (Left) – 8 Steps Forward
- Rollback Tuck Jumps – 4 Reps
- Reverse Overhead Kettle Lunge (Left) – 8 Steps Back
