The Motions:
- Eccentric Kettle Snatch – 4 Reps (2 x Each Side)
- Ballistic Kettle Row Complex – 6-10 Reps (Alternating Sides)
- Plyo Jump Negatives – ~6 Reps ( Both Hands/Single Hand)
- Slow Power Goblet Squat – ~6 Reps
And Remember… Rule #1 of Exercise
