- (2) Kettlebells – 50% 1RM for Dual Kettle Swing
The Motions:
Complete the Following Every TWO Minutes…
- Bent Press Kettle Flow – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
Right into the following three exercises for As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) until the completion of the 2- Minute Round 👊
- Kettle Push-Ups – 5 Reps
- Kettle DeadLifts – 5 Reps
- Dual Kettle Swings – 5 Reps
