The Motions:
Alternating EMOM
Complete the Following Movements Every Minute On the Minute:
- Kettle Push-Ups – 5 Reps
- Mountain Climbers – 10 Reps
- Kettle DeadLifts – 4 Reps
- Kettle Row – 2 Reps
- Dual Kettle Snatch – 1 Reps
Rest for the remainder of the Minute and then Right Back At It π
