The Motions:
Complete the Exercises Below i
- Kettle GetUp –Right Arm
- Loaded Kettle Walk – 10 Yards and Back (Right Arm)
- Kettle Press – Right Arm
- Oblique Heel Touches – 50 Reps (25 each side)
- Kettle GetUp –Left Arm
- Loaded Kettle Walk – 10 Yards and Back (Left Arm)
- Kettle Press– Left Arm
- Alternating Hip Touches – 30 Reps (15 each side)
That’s ONE Round ๐
