The Motions:
Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:
- Low Curl High Curl – 10 Reps
- V-Up Crunch Hold Complex – 5 Each
- Duck Walk Arm Complex – 4x Steps Forward / 4x Steps Back
- Tuck Planche or Bear Stance Touches – (2 x 10 Sec Holds) or (5 Reps)
- Halo Tri-Press Complex – 10 Reps
