- Timer
The Motions:
Complete the following Movements, Every Minute, in the following Format:
- 40 Sec = WORK
- 20 Sec = REST
- For FIVE Total Rounds
Example:
Minute 1 = Movement#1 for 40 Seconds, Rest for 20 Seconds
Minute 2 = Movement#2
…
Minute 5 = Back to Movement #1
