- Clean Across / Step-Back Flow – 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
- Alternating Lunge Snatch Complex – 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
- Rollback Kettle Press Core Complex – 6 Reps
- Kettle Deadlift Complex – 5 Reps (5 Each Side)
