The Motions:
Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:
- PushUp / Squat / Press Complex – 2 Reps (1 Each Side)
- GetUp Progression (Right) – 1 Rep
- Row & Flow Complex – 2 Reps (1 Each Side)
- GetUp Progression (Left) – 1 Rep
- Loaded Reverse Crunch – 10 Reps
