What You Need:
- Light Kettlebell
- Timer
The Motions:
Complete the Following Movements AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) during a 4-minute running clockβ³
- Bottoms-up Overhead Squat – 4 Reps (2 Each hand)
- Hip Rotation & Reach – 2 Reps (1 Each Side)
- Full Body Kettle Crunch – 5 Reps
- Shin-Box GetUps – 2 Reps (1 Each Side)
- Foot Loaded Kettle Crunch – 5 Reps
